Hi all.

Spanish River was very busy with warblers today. The numbers were quite impressive and the diversity was good too. The most numerous species was Northern Parula at over 100. This morning I ended up with 15 warbler species with very large numbers (see checklist here: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S20305965). I decided to go back to Spanish River in the afternoon after class and had some more birds. I added 2 more warbler species in Hooded Warbler and Yellow-rumped Warbler which I hadn't seen in the morning. But the highlight was a Wood Thrush. The afternoon checklist is here: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S20309331.

Happy birding all!

Corey Callaghan
