A beautiful hooded warbler has been in the same part of the garden for several hours on Friday. Sat in a chair only a few feet away. Caught lots of bugs, and completely oblivious to me. Hanging out with a male common yellowthroat (maybe same that has been in yard the last 4 years?). Neat to see the color pattern of the two together. On a different note, the oriole pair are just about finished with the second family of youngsters. Earlier this summer they had three young, this time, two. Both flegeling groups seemed to have a difference in age between siblings- first year I've noticed this.
