This is just a small piece of information, but I guess every little bit helps. On 9/17/05, during the NAMC, a budgerigar was seen at Cutler Wetlands of all places! This was the day after the Buff-breasted Sandpipers were found there. I didn't see it myself, but Steve Siegel told me about it. This is the only one I've heard about down here recently. I'm sure others will have more info.
