I was at AD Barnes from 8:00-10:00 in area of Homeless Hammock and paved walkway/fitness area:
A. Redstart - several
Worm-eating Warblers - many
Blackand White Warblers 5+
N. Parula 4
Ovenbirds 7+
Black-throated Blue Female 1
Baltimore Oriole M 1
Trail's Flycatcher ( previously posted as such)
Great Crested Flycatcher 1
Common Yellowthroat 2
BG Gnatcatcher 4
The most, for me, was the flock of 10-12 Common Hill Myna birds in the Pine trees just beyond the park. Very noisy and I could not ID the squawking.
Then I saw them.
Great day with help from some other birders out there.
Alice Horst
