Kendale Lakes Park, a small suburban park in West Kendall, had a lot of nice migrants this morning. A Nashville Warbler was frequenting a West Indian Mahogany near the parking area on the west side of the park. A Ficus tree near the elementary school had Yellow-throated Vireo, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Blackburnian Warbler, Prothonotary Warbler, Tennessee Warbler, and Summer Tanager among others.
The park is easy to cover in an about an hour.
