This small reserve was quite happening this morning. FIU has done a good job with maintenance and planting of native plants there and the birds seem to appreciate it. 12 warbler species. The full list:

I was also surprised to see a Palamedes Swallowtail butterfly, which I usually associate with wilderness areas.
