Accipiter ID

I saw a medium sized accipiter soaring over Cutler Wetlands on Sunday and could not determine if it was a large sharp-shinned hawk or a small Cooper's hawk. The wing position and tail felt like a sharp-shinned, but the size and stockiness felt more of a Coopers. Thoughts?
