Great horned owl

Ellie, Dee, Paul-L and I took a short trip to Loxahatchee to check the progress on the Great Horned owl nest. Things are going nicely. I shot the front side, Dee got back side pictures. There are two chicks. A delightful scene, made nicer by scores of gnatcatchers, warblers, pileated, limpkins, and one very angry mockingbird that was territorial and chasing the warblers.
