Waxbill species

I found this bird singing at R Hardy Matheson Reserve this morning. It appears to be a female type, but apparently both sexes may sing in this family of waxbills. I believe it is a female Red-cheeked Cordon-bleu but have no prior familiarity with the species, so would appreciate your help. Two links below (apologies in advance for crappy potos):

Other birds of note were a male Prothonotary Warbler and my first Cape May Warbler this fall.
